I guess this is one of them blog posts where if it was a video I’d start with a heavy sign and make the thumbnail a massive ‘the honest truth’
Some of you may have noticed I haven’t been as active lately on my blog. Some of you might not even care and be glad I finally shut up!
I feel like I’ve lost me.
After starting on Aripirazole my bipolar was finally starting to settle down but my depression wasn’t. I just fell into this pit of negative thinking that I couldn’t get out of. That was until an emergency appointment with my psychiatrist which saw me go on Prozac.
I feel as if one of these drugs has killed my creativity and I’m not sure which one… I’m not sure I want to find out.
I’m going to write a separate bipolar update post.
Anyway, let’s get onto the where have I been? What have I been up too?
I finished my second year of open university! Woohoo! This has taken a massive stress of my back. If you read my blog you’ll know I studied two modules this year whilst working… I’d highly recommend not doing that. (Again I’ll write another open university update post).
I quit my job! This is a big thing for me because work is my life. I just felt like I needed some time off to figure things out. My bipolar still isn’t stable so I’d like to concentrate on therapy which is a lot easier if I temp – game plan
I booked my trip to south east Asia! 24th of Feb I will be flying out to Bangkok, Thailand – keep an eye out for some travel blogs! I currently have no flight home… so let’s see what happens
I fell out of love with the blogging community. I’m sorry but I have. People are so concerned with numbers and being the best that they don’t care about others feelings anymore. If you haven’t got anything nice to say don’t indirect tweet someone, just shut up. However saying that I have recently found some amazing new bloggers who do nothing but support each other so ladies you know who you are, thank you for reaching out ❤
Regardless of all of this I just want to say thank you for being so patient with me if you read my blog a lot. It’s been a busy few months and an emotional rollercoaster.
I’ll be back to normal soon – Promise x
